Hey theme park foodies!
Glad to see you here at Theme Park Bites. This website started back in late July having had been on the back burner in my life since 2020; I’ve been excited about getting this project started for quite some time.
Since beginning this incredibly daunting (and very fun, don’t get me wrong) venture of helping families and foodies figure out how much things cost, look, and taste, I have been able to add four theme parks that I believe will have a tangible effect with park goers in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic region of the United States.
It’s been a lot of fun trying the food there and creating pages to help with choices for everyone.
However, at this time, I have been slow to get more content out as a personal issue on my end has arisen and I will continue to be slow for the time being until I’m in a better place.
If you haven’t read my About page, I explained that the site is currently in Stage 1, which is about getting the most tangible information that will have the biggest effect: menus and pricing.
Right now, Six Flags Great Adventure is currently in Stage 1, but I have been slow with the menu adds and I wanted to apologize if you’re someone who has been looking and found nothing! I’m about halfway through and it should be up and running soon, alongside an updated Six Flags Guide.
I have managed to visit other parks in that time (Universal Orlando, Islands of Adventure, all of the properties at Walt Disney World, and even Knotts Berry Farm in California) so there is content coming! I do want to make it clear that the current FL parks I have visited will not have a menu at this time though as their menus are online via their respective company and I don’t want to harp on something that people are having an easy time of finding – rather those pages will be focused on their food (yay, reviews coming soon!).
So, as you can see, I’m trying to make sure that you are not without. I’m also working on a newsletter so that as pages get completed I can send out a blast quickly and efficiently and I’m working on trickling some social media content, but I’m a little unsure about that. This will take time as I also work pretty slow, so …
Honestly, thank you for patience while I get everything up. I’m ecstatic for what will come in the future for this website and for the future of helping you all.
Take care and thank you for visiting your tasty theme park companion, Theme Park Bites!
