Universal Orlando Resort is a magical place filled with thrilling rides, immersive experiences, and unforgettable memories. But before you dive into the excitement, you need to fuel up with a delicious breakfast!
Contrary to popular belief, there are actually a surprising number of breakfast options scattered throughout the resort, from CityWalk to the theme parks and hotels.
While you won’t find a full English breakfast at every corner, you can still enjoy a variety of tasty treats to kickstart your day. Whether you crave a hot meal or prefer something lighter, there’s something to satisfy every taste bud.
In this guide, we’ll explore the different breakfast options at Universal Orlando and help you find the perfect meal to start your adventure. Stay tuned for updates as we discover new breakfast spots and menu items!
Where Can I Get Breakfast in CityWalk?
In CityWalk, there’s three options: Cinnabon, Starbucks, and VooDoo Doughnut.
Cinnabon on CityWalk is a lot smaller than it used to be, it’s quite bare bones (the current menu up on their website is outdated, so I’ll update it on our website as soon as I am able). What used to be a full-fledged version of what you would see inside of the parks is now a small kiosk as the former Quiet Flight Surf Shop was permanently closed and it shared space with that building.
They currently serve cinnamon rolls in that space, but not much of anything else at this time.
There are two locations: one in front of the Cinemark theater across from the Starbucks and another in front of the NBC Grill & Brew restaurant before the bridge to Universal Studios Florida.
Prices range from $4.99 to $23.99 for a pack of 6 cinnamon rolls.
Starbucks is right under the bridge with the Universal Studios sign to the left and can’t be missed. You’ll be able to find coffee here alongside other options like sandwiches and muffins among other breakfast items.
This is probably the best place to stop in if you get into the parks before early admission as this will have the widest selection of options and has indoor and outdoor seating.
Prices range from $3.29 to $7.99.
VooDoo Doughnut offers an array of interesting donuts as far as your stomach can handle. They carry yeast, raised, cake, fritters, and vegan donuts in their facility.
Their famous Voodoo Doll donut could be what the doctor ordered early in the morning if you’re looking for a major sugar rush or maybe you’re looking for a simple glazed donut, you can try their Glazed raised donut instead.
Prices range from $1.75 for a single donut to $33.00 for a dozen donuts.
Where Can I Get Breakfast at Islands of Adventure?
In Islands of Adventure there are several options: Cinnabon, Croissant Moon Bakery, Starbucks, and Three Broomsticks.
Cinnabon inside of Islands of Adventure offers breakfast sandwiches in three varieties: 1) egg and cheese; 2) sausage, egg and cheese; and 3) bacon, egg and cheese. On top of that they offer sweet options in the form of cinnamon rolls in varying sizes and pack sizes to appease any family size (and solo travelers).
They also have sausage bites in a 5 count that may be interesting as well and of course if you’re looking for some coffee, and its variants, they have those too (cold brews, mochas, coffee, hot teas, and hot chocolate).
Prices range from $3.79 to $23.99 for a pack of 6 cinnamon rolls.
Croissant Moon Bakery is another location with tasty breakfast options in the way of pastries and sandwiches.
Some offerings are in line of muffins, croissants, danishes, croissants sandwiches, continental breakfasts, and even breakfast empanadas. Pop in here and grab coffee here as well (cheaper than what you’d get at Starbucks across the way) – they have a nice a variety like cappuccino, americano, mocha, and even a peppermint mocha latte.
Prices range from $4.49 to $9.99.
Starbucks is actually the neighbor to Cinnabon and offers everything that you’d see in a normal Starbies. From muffins to breakfast sandwiches to overpriced coffee options, you’ll find decent options for breakfast here, but will be more aligned with either cold and sweet options.
Prices range from $3.29 to $7.99.
Three Broomsticks serves breakfast until 10:30 am every day with five options for both adults and children. Those options are: Traditional English Breakfast, Porridge Breakfast, Continental Breakfast, Pancake Breakfast, and American Breakfast (all are adult options but come with child equivalents).
They also offer breakfast beverages like pumpkin juice, hot tea, coffee, juice, and milk for an additional fee.
The price for the breakfasts are $18.99 for adults and $13.49 for children. Prices range from $2.49 to $5.49 for beverages.
Where Can I Get Breakfast at Universal Studios Florida?
Over in Universal Studios Florida there are options at Central Park Crepes, the Leaky Cauldron, Lisa’s Teahouse of Horror, San Francisco Pastry Company, Starbucks, and TODAY Cafe.
Central Park Crepes doesn’t offer too much in the way of breakfast, but they usually have one item that can resemble it on the menu (and I usually mean just one). The item can be pretty filling; it’s also portable and tasty and if you want to take a beat can be eaten right in front of the man-made lake.
The current menu (as of August 12, 2024) is Croque Monsieur ($12.99), Lemon Blueberry ($12.99), and Strawberry Hazelnut ($9.99) crepes.
The prices ranged from $9.99 to $12.99.
Leaky Cauldron serves breakfast until 10:30 am daily with options like Traditional, Pancake, and American, but also healthier options like Apple Oatmeal Flan with Yogurt & Fruit or Egg, Leek and Mushroom Pasty. There are also sides that can be added as well to the breakfasts, too, for an additional fee.
Beverage options range from pumpkin juice to apple juice to milk and coffee.
Prices range from $2.99 to $5.49 for beverages and $18.99 for breakfast for adults and $13.49 for children breakfast.
Lisa’s Teahouse of Horror is a different option, more of a convenience store, but still has breakfast options that could work. They offer fruit cups and yogurt options if you’re looking for a quick cold healthier breakfast.
Prices range from $3.99 to $9.99.
San Francisco Pastry Company has a small menu but does offer two breakfast croissant croissants – Bacon or Ham – Egg and Cheese Croissants. They also offer regular croissants, danishes, and muffins as well. They also have hot drinks like coffee, hot tea, and hot chocolate on deck, too.
But if you’re in the mood for cold brew coffee, they have that as well.
Prices range from $3.19 to $8.49.
Starbucks in this park this is next to Haägen-Dazs. This location serves the typical Starbucks offerings of coffee, hot tea, breakfast sandwiches, muffins, croissants, and other options.
Prices range from $3.29 to $7.99.
TODAY Cafe is probably the easiest option as it’s the first location as you enter the park. They offer a wide breakfast range from breakfast sandwiches, bowls, pastries, and beverages.
Some interesting items are Smoked Salmon Lox Bagel, Overnight Oats, Park Avenue Avocado Toast, and Kruffins (or cruffins – croissant muffins).
Prices range from $3.29 to $13.99.
